Atmosphere Solutions was founded in March 2005. Envisioned by Asha Wadher, President, and led by Chief Technology Officer, Vishal Wadher, they harness more than 17 years of experience from sectors of the technology world and hospitality industry to build a company founded on customized IT solutions for the globe – thus the company name, Atmosphere Solutions.
With this vision in mind, Atmosphere Solutions has assembled a team of top-notch employees devoted to going the extra mile to ensure that all clients’ needs are met. Bringing diverse backgrounds and skill sets, our team is steadfast in the exploration of solutions that exceed expectations rather than merely meeting them.

Asha Wadher, President
Asha Wadher is the President of Atmosphere Solutions, an IT company providing Web Strategies, Managed IT Services and Custom Software Development. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, managerial and revenue management, Asha has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations including client relations, marketing, staffing and business strategy.
Atmosphere Solutions was founded on their uncompromising values and principles. Under Asha Wadher’s leadership, the company has grown steadily and gained a reputation for their customer service and loyal customers.
Prior to her founding Atmosphere Solutions, Asha worked in the hospitality industry at notable establishments such as The Ritz Carlton Hotel. During her tenure in the industry, she gained invaluable experience in delivery of high-end customer service, revenue management, finance, human resources and overall business operations.
Asha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation with a minor in Business and History with Honors from Arizona State University. Asha has been involved in organizations such as Entrepreneur’s Organization, Accelerator Program and Arizona Small Business Association. Asha currently serves on the Board and Programs Committee for Arizona Business Leadership.
Vishal Wadher, Chief Technology Officer
Vishal Wadher is the Chief Technology Officer of Atmosphere Solutions. With over 10 years of experience in various sectors of the technology industry, he was a key player towards the launch of Atmosphere Solutions LLC. Vishal is responsible for the overall management of the Web Strategies, Managed IT and Custom Software Development services.
Dedicated to finding and aligning the right solutions for clients’ IT issues, Vishal has been instrumental in keeping the company’s focus on quality, personalized consultations, solution development, timely delivery and customer service.
Prior to founding Atmosphere Solutions, Vishal was the driving force in the success and expansion of a local technology company. During his tenure there, the company grew from eight employees to more than 20 while fulfilling several roles including software developer, IT technician, web design project manager and internet marketing director.
Vishal received his Bachelor degree in Management from Arizona State University. He also studied Information Systems Management and Computer Science at Northern Arizona University. While at Arizona State University, Vishal built a large scale Web application used to track the student dormitories, which is still in use today.
